Here a Metaphor Waaay Out on a Limb. I think, not sure, this has something to do with the idea of how many cities the airline flies to. But I'm trying to figure out if the ties match up with the culture of each city.

I like neckties and I find these ones attractive ones and original the idea is to use them for travel advertising .
Thanks for your comment Alma. Just making some fun of the idea applying a different necktie design to a European city. They could've applied a LOT more color and style instead of a bunch of blue neckties with stripes.
